Corporate Services / Team Days

Physical Best provides unique team days for groups ranging from kids to corporates. We work in collaboration with clients to develop a program to suit business and participant goals.

Team days involve innovative and interactive activities and workshops, health presentations and inspiring seminars presented by Lisa and other leading health & fitness professionals.

Physical Best team events combine quality information, fun and unusual activities (such as circus skills, tribal rhythm) and laughter to challenge, surprise and unite participants.

Event MC / Commentating

Regularly involved and available for fitness event commentary, warm-ups, crowd engagement, fun family and kids interactive activities and event commentator / MC.

Writer / Author – Health & Fitness books, programs and editorials

Lisa has written four books that have been published and distributed Internationally.

Lisa also writes regular articles for health and fitness magazines and newspaper features and is happy to provide a range of articles to suit your reader’s interests.

Television & Radio Presenting

Lisa is a regular Health and Fitness presenter on ABC Melbourne and loves to spread the word of health and fitness through TV, radio and other media.

Fitness classes and Education
